i guess things aren't always easy going.. our fellowship hasnt been as close as it was when we first started out. and I really miss those times. I remember the times where we would go out together after church, like go for lunch together, go to someone's house to slack or just go out to play. Those were the really good times.. There was also the malaysia retreat thing where we went to the waterfalls..
but then as the days passed, we got to know each other more and conflicts brewed. There were heated arguments and quarrels at times and things never fully recovered. the various commitments we had worsened things too.. For me, it was the Sabah trip that was the start of the downward spiral of events.. things gradually got worse after that.. there were better days but after those relatively good days, things worsened.. i guess till now it never recovered. The lack of time these days doesn't help things also.
but church friends are the ones who are the closest and dearest.. the ones who stick with you through almost everything.. and the ones whom you grow up with. hopefully no matter what happens,we'll be able to put it behind us and move on together. and as we grow older, and busier, we'll still be able to find time to go out together. and no matter what conflicts arise, we'll be able to work through them together and remain best of friends=)
